This Returns & Refunds Policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applies exclusively to customers based in the United Kingdom.


1. Right to Cancel

  • You have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email) within the 14-day period.

  • After notifying us of your cancellation, you will have a further 14 days to return the goods.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Goods must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds will cover the price paid for the goods plus the standard delivery cost (if applicable).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.


4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if the goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

  • You must notify us of any faults, damages, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, by contacting us via email with order details and, if possible, photographs.

  • In such cases, we will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement.


5. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at lumorasbel@gmail.com, providing your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase the same product in a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
